Hampshire County Council collects information about you in order for you to be able to access your ECT’s Induction information.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is to fulfil our legal obligations as an Appropriate Body for Induction.
We may be required to share certain elements of your personal information (i.e. your name) with other schools (either within or outside of Hampshire), should your ECT move to another school during the course of their Induction period. We may also use your personal data to contact you should we have a query regarding your ECT's Induction.
We will retain your details on this system in line with the timescales outlined in the DfE Statutory Guidance on statutory Induction.
